Thank You!!!

January 2022

THANK YOU!

Saint Ann’s Shrine and the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament are so grateful for your sharing of your prayers, thoughts and financial support over the past year!! Your heart felt generosity and kindness ensures the long-term sustainability of Saint Ann’s Shrine, the care of Blessed Sacrament Community and their mission work! Because of you, we are able to:

  • Administer to Saint Ann’s Shrine, including celebrating Mass and hosting events that live out our spirituality;
  • Have a Chaplain on staff;
  • Support the members of the Blessed Sacrament in their mission work and care for those in retirement.

Two of our staff members, Josie and Diane, celebrated their 15-year Anniversary of working at Saint Ann’s Shrine during 2021. I am so grateful every day for their dedication and hard work they put in while representing the Shrine and the Blessed Sacrament Community. You may have spoken to one or both of them over the years. Please join me in thanking them for all they do!

Please share what you are thankful for on the enclosed reply slip. We will place these intentions in the Shrine and keep them in our prayers!

We pray that your faith remains strong as Good Saint Ann intercedes for our petitions as we set our prayers before her. May Saint Ann continue to protect you and your families!

Should you ever be in the Cleveland area, please stop by to celebrate Mass with us! It would be wonderful to put a face to your name and voice! We celebrate Mass Monday-Friday at 11:30 AM but I encourage you to call ahead, especially with the social distancing guidelines we are following. We celebrate the Triduum of Saint Ann and Saint Joachim’s Feast July 24-26 in Cleveland and New York City. Please join us if you are able!

I ask you to share your story as to how your devotion to Saint Ann or your relationship with the Blessed Sacrament came to be by contacting me at 440-449-2700 or sgongos@blessedsacrament.com. Thank you for taking the time to share a piece of your faith journey! I sincerely enjoy hearing and learning about how your devotion came to be!

On behalf of Fr. Roger Bourgeois, Chaplain of Saint Ann’s Shrine, the Saint Ann Shrine’s Staff, and the Community of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, I would like to sincerely thank you for your continued thoughts, prayers, and generous support of Saint Ann’s Shrine! Please know we care about you, are concerned about you and your loved one’s well-being, and pray for you. You are truly a Eucharistic person! Please keep those in need in your prayers, especially those in special care facilities.

Saying “Thank You” is never sufficient. Please know of the genuine gratitude I, our staff, and the Blessed Sacrament Community have for your generosity, especially during this unique time.

Blessings for health and happiness in 2022!

In the Spirit of Saint Ann,

Scott R. Gongos
