Dear Our Beloved Friends of Saint Ann’s Shrine,

On behalf of Fr. Roger Bourgeois, Chaplain of Saint Ann’s Shrine, the Saint Ann Shrine’s Staff, and the Community of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, I would like to sincerely thank you for your continued prayers and generous support of Saint Ann’s Shrine over the past year!!! We are so thankful for your kindheartedness and are very grateful for your sharing of your own resources. Your generosity ensures the long-term sustainability of Saint Ann’s Shrine, the care of Blessed Sacrament Community and their mission work, along with allowing us to:

  • Administer to Saint Ann’s Shrine, including celebrating Mass and hosting events that live out our faith;
  • Have a Chaplain on staff;
  • Support the members of the Blessed Sacrament in their mission work and care for those in retirement.

I have been a member of the staff here for the past 3 ½ years. The friendships that have grown during this time have been so rewarding for me personally. I really enjoy hearing about your families, your faith, and even what sports teams you may follow! I am humbled when you ask about my family as well. But when you share with me your memories of how your faith came to be, including your devotion to Good Saint Ann, I am inspired and enjoy hearing how we share certain bonds that life has to offer. All of our paths have different twists and turns, but they all come back to our faith being at the center of our lives.

We pray that your faith remains strong as Good Saint Ann intercedes for our petitions as we set our prayers before her. May Saint Ann continue to protect you and your families!

Please share the names of those whom you are thankful for on the enclosed reply slip. Let them know how grateful you are for them being such an important part of your life and why. We will place those names in the Shrine and keep them in our prayers!

Should you ever be in the Cleveland area, please stop by to celebrate Mass with us! It would be wonderful to put a face to your name and voice! We celebrate Mass Monday-Friday at 11:30 AM but I encourage you to call ahead. We celebrate the Triduum of Saint Ann and Saint Joachim’s Feast July 24-26 in Cleveland and New York City. Please join us if you are able!

As always, I ask you to share your story as to how your devotion to Saint Ann or your relationship with the Blessed Sacrament came to be by contacting me at 440-449-2700 or Thank you for taking the time to share a piece of your faith journey!

Thank you again for all you do in supporting us! We sincerely appreciate it and look forward to your continued prayers, support, and friendship!

Please know we keep you in our prayers!
